Hans... food...

yea! another more or less successful day, still keeping at da 'Daniel fast'. though it wasnt easy. when i was studying at Hans, i wanted to buy a snack after tackling maths questions, as a way to encourage and reward myself, then went to the counter there... geez. all the food they have are my prohibited items... puffs (which all have meat) or cakes. xp dangs! why dont they sell some vegetarian snacks?! haha. XD

then come home got left-over beehoon mom cooked for lunch. since i can only eat the veg and beehoon itself, i had an interesting experience eating da beehoon, trying to eat as much while avoiding the egg here, and the meat there, the sotong here, and the fishcake there... haha. man! can't even eat in peace. xp

well, the time of studying at hans was GOOD!! should try more often during the weekdays. becoz it's weekdays, not so crowded, although lunchtime it was slightly less than half-filled with people. but within the hour, they were gone, and it's quite a nice place to study. got air-con that isnt so cold like school library where you'll start freezing within the first half an hour. haha. it's expensive so you wont be very tempted to keep eating, but if you wanna reward yourself after studying so hard (and are not on a vegetarian diet) you can get something nice to munch on. and nobody will disturb you. no one will chase you out, and there's not so much people moving about. It's not say very quiet, which i like, yet there's this feeling of your own space & somehow although tables away there are groups of people talking it doesnt really affect me, which even more so i like. haha. XD

the only thing today though was that sitting there on a weekday afternoon, brought back much nostalgic memories, especially since it was also a tuesday. It reminds me of the 2 meetings/meet-ups i had with her. A special her whom i missed talking and sharing with. and throughout that time there at hans, every now and then, i was hoping, yes foolishly, that maybe she'll happen to pop by hans, though i'm 99.9% sure she was DEFINITELY not near this vicinity, and was probably at home relaxing and enjoying her day off instead. thank God i dint dwell very long on those nostalgic memories, or else i would probably start emo-ing and cant study liao. haha

Praise God for the successful time of studying/doing tutorial, for even thinking of going there to Hans to study, which proved to be a very good & conducive environment. =D though i had to pay $1.30 for a small miserable cup of hot tea so as not to feel so guilty for using that space area. haha.
