some are discouraged and weary at heart
help somebody today
someone the journey to heaven should start
and some are so tired, so weak and weary
the journey seems to tough
if only someone will reach out
and help them up

just reach out a helping hand
to the needy ones out there
life may be tough
and all they ask
is someone to pick them up

sometimes we dont know how to go on
