Today, we had section outing - Bro Adrian's Section Outing Movie Screening!!!
AFter service, we had Yum! Yum! Pizza lunch.... *lick lips* then we went to one of the clAssrooms and watch..." JOHN Q"
wow! Quite nice show... the dad was willing and did everything that his one and only son may live. John Q is a 2002 movie starring Denzel Washington as John Quincy Archibald, a father and husband whose son is diagnosed with an enlarged heart and then finds out he cannot receive a transplant because insurance won't cover it.
He went all the way out into holding the A&E room hostage, and nearly even killed himself, that the doctor may give his heart to his son. A very very touching story.
Had a GREAT time at Section Outing... though... somehow at the back of my mind, in the depth of my heart, there's some kind of tugging. Quite a number of people in my section, my age, I remember very clearly that i known them when i was very young, still in DL. And i vaguely remember that we were quite close too. Pastors' kids. But while there were a few more years left of my DL life, I swtiched from Sunday service to Saturday service, and we see no more... i dun think they remember me from DL, but me, as a IGNYTE youth... ...
