Hate being sick!!! XP

i'm now stuck at home becoz i'm running a fever and am down with flu. temperatures have been coming down though, from 39.5degrees C to 38.5degrees C but still too slow for me. =(

thanks to these, i missed my AVA duty today ="(
and... i broke my promise of giving the rest of the week to drama, when i'm now stuck at home, and mom forbids me to go for drama, 6pm-9pm. Sorry guys. i really really wanted to go for drama!!! ;"-(

anyway, some key things i learnt about myself, and wish to jot down to remember...
Symptoms for me falling sick (especially flu):
1. not enought rest for a week or so
2. Dehydrated for one day (that's enought to trigger)
3. Next day sore throat/throat very uncomfortable
4. may have a little cough, wanna cough yet doesnt really sound like a real cough those kind
5. eyes very pain/tired
6. running nose/block nose
7.weak/ lack of energy
8. breath from the nose is quite warm

and when i fall sick...it's indicated by block ears and headache, unbalanced-ness, and all the other symptoms still hold.

Man! i've flu 2 TIMES IN A MONTH!!!!! This has NEVER happened before!!! BLISTERING BARNACLES!!! CHEESE AND BUTTER!!!

Worse is fever. Last night dint sleep well. it's like drifting in, drifting out. sleep, wake up, sleep, wake up kind... and i've never remembered the experience where one felt cold and hot at the same time... it was scary.

My legs were like super cold, as if in air-con room withough blanket, and yet my tummy upwards was hot. my hands were quite cold as well. i moved my hands all over my body, head, to like cool myself down, and warm my hands, but to no avail. i even put on 2 blankets trying in vain to curb the coldness of my feet. Geez. that experience, i wont EVER wanna have again!

Well, at least now, the running/block nose is gone... the sore throat is gone, though it's still a little uncomfortable, but i've got honey-water and lou han guo infusion to help me. =) dun like drinking plain water when my throat is uncomfortable!

Sorry to let so many of you down for not coming... AVA side, drama side, SR bringing down my taboo for 'nothing', my class (esp when today got some kind of photo taking)... sigh...

GEEZ! CHEESE & BUTTER!!! my temp has risen... to 39.1degrees C. praying that it'll go down to normal by tonight...
