I dont think it's okay to suan someone just becoz that person often receives suaning and seems to be accept it and not get offended. Suaning still hurts someone deep down, whether to a large extent or not (becoz kinda used to it). Still, that's not an excuse to use for suaning someone. And it's still not okay to suan someone like that.

Agree. 'Suaning' numbs the soul to the point of suicide.
well.. true. but erm. suicide is a minority. very very small minority to be precise.
Suaning usually hurts a person's self-esteem and sometimes their self-image. One never knows when the suaning is pricking hard at someone's heart.
