By jumping to a conclusion that was logical but untrue, we can come dangerously close to unnecessary conflict. The Israelites did the same thing. They were ready to go to war because they wrongly assumed that the altar built by their brothers was a sign of rebellion against God (Joshua 22:9-34). To avoid making wrong judgments, we must be careful to get the facts right.
sigh. a bit too late arh. i already screwed things up badly liao. A good lesson to learn about beware of jumping to conclusions, but a hard lesson. and i just have to learn it the hard way. why dint i listen to my bro when he said to give pple the benefit of doubt?! Why had i instead wage war, and yet being blinded to my faults?! Lord, tear down my pride of which i was unaware of all these while, and humble my heart, that i will never ever put myself before others. Why did i not get my facts right first before screwing things up? Why was i so foolish?! rach, you've created unnecessary war, unnecessary tension, unnecessary conflict. You're an ass! X(
